There is no time limit. However, we encourage you to cancel your booking as early as possible if you are unable to make it for your ride. This will allow the seat to be freed up for other passengers who also want to make a booking.
Click on Manage Rides in the Menu, select your boarding pass ticket and click cancel at the bottom of the screen.
